Hey Boos!!! I am on double duty tonight, two post back to back at 3:01 am. Last night I went to the Comedy Zone for one of my chica's birthday to see comedian Corey Holcomb. It's not that often that I go out, so I  took it upon myself to get my cute cute on, and if I have to say so myself I make white look good.

Mommies Little Girl!!!

Hey Boos!!! This week has been a great, but restless week for me. My oldest daughter is graduating from the 8th grade, so next year she will be in high school (Why lord? Why?) She went to her prom on Tuesday and graduated today, and she looked so pretty I had to share her pics with my Boos. I love that she is growing into a beautiful and intelligent young lady, but what else could she be with God and me on her team...lol! I am having a hard time with her maturing, but I know I can't hold her hand for every step in life, so just keep praying for me that I can make it through her going to high school. I am enclosing shots of her from both days and pics of the great vintage dress I found while thrifting.

Everytime I see this picture I am trying to figure out how I can make her 5 again.

Who has Double Ds?

Hey Boos!!! I love reading the blog The Fashionista Next Door, which is created by Eboni a friend in my head. Every Friday she does a Style Me Friday challenge that I love. Although, I love the looks I never enter, so I decided I would get in on the fun. Last Friday the challenge was Denim on Denim. I know it's late, but who comes to a party early, so I am fashionably late.

Armed with Accessories!!!

Hey Boos!!! We are officially in day 3 of camo week and I am super proud of myself for sticking to my commitment of posting all week. Today I loved my accessories, and not often do I show them off, but today I had to do at least one shot of them. I got a lot of compliments at work today, which made me feel like my ensemble...lol was great.

Serving Fierce!!!

Hey Boos!!! Today is day 2 of camo week, and I was feeling fierce today in my camo. The best part of my day ( my hubby) told me I was giving him an old school vibe. He said I was channeling the show  "Different World" and that made me smile, so  hopefully this outfit will bring a smile to your face.

I'm so Fatigued!!!!

Hey Boos!!! I have recently been going through my closet and I realized I have so many camouflage/ fatigue pieces. I decided to do a whole week of wearing camo. Sorry that the pictures aren't the best, but soon come (that is how my brother in law says it) I will have a camera and will be off my phone.

They ain't just for Holding up Pants Anymore!!!

Hey Boos!!! This past weekend I had a burning desire to go thrifting. I woke up on Saturday and it was my first thought....Goodwill. I felt like a kid that got their allowance and I was itching to spend mine thrifting. My daughter went thrifting with me and found a bunch of stuff for herself, but I only found some great belts that didn't fit, so I decided these belts would be great necklaces.

Now that I know a great belt can also be a great necklace, I have tried to make every belt in my closet a necklace. I have lost it, but I will do a lot of stuff in the name of fashion. I'll even sell my Momma's TV like Gator in Jungle Fever. "I smoked the TV Momma"...LOL!

When looking for your new belt/necklace make sure that there is a hook or clamp on the belt. If there isn't a hook or clamp on the belt, you can purchase some at your local craft store or dollar store.
